New version of FastPass Password Manager Spells the End of ‘Lost my Password’ calls to Corporate Help-Desks

FastPass Password Manager is the first product for identity and password management which comes with full native integration to Active Directory and MIIS – Microsoft’s Identity and Access management platform tool. In addition, the new FastPass Password Manager incorporates a fully integrated Self Service interface to Entrust IdentityGuard strong authentication grid card tool, a Self Service User Account Self Claim tool for identity mapping across disparate vendor systems and an Active Directory group managed dynamic menu giving access to authorized users.

Bridging the Vendor Gap
With FassPass Password Manager 2.6 synchronization of password resets across multiple platforms is now for the first time widely available.

FastPass Password Manager is built on Microsoft’s .Net Framework and uses a component based scalable architecture fully utilizing web services to verify accounts on target systems in conjunction with Microsoft’s Identity and Access management platform tool (MIIS) to push password resets via MIIS Management Agents.

Furthermore, connectors to other vendor platforms and applications are already available including AS/400, RACF, Oracle, Unix, Linux, SAP (4.6 and beyond), Open LDAPand LDAP.
