Evenex ApS appoints new acting Managing Director

Evenex, the leading multi-enterprise Business-to-Business (B2B) and Purchase-to-Pay managed service provider in the Nordics, today announces the appointment of Ole Pedersen as acting Managing Director, effective today. Mr Pedersen replaces Niels Stenfeldt who has left the company based on differing views from those of the board regarding the company's strategy and execution thereof .

Mr Pedersen, who is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Evenex ApS in Denmark and Chief Executive Officer of Evenex AS in Norway, has been with the company since January 2010. Mr Pedersen, who has an accounting degree from Copenhagen Business School, has held several senior leadership positions prior to joining Evenex, then MACH, the most recent ones being Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Cutwater ApS, Chief Financial Officer at Adserving International A/S and Group Director Julius Ink Group, in addition to being a Financial Auditor at Arthur Andersen in Copenhagen.
