innovaphone Launches ´Recommended Products´ Program

Sindelfingen-based IP specialist innovaphone offers IP telephony solutions based entirely on European development standards. All products may be combined with standard-based products of any other manufacturer. In November 2003, innovaphone introduced its "innovaphone Recommended Product" label to certify external products´ compatibility with innovaphone´s product portfolio.

For consumers, the fact that innovaphone´s products offer compatibility independent from individual manufacturers will certainly make the purchasing decision easier. "Our customers are familiar with the problems originating in long-term service agreements and in being bound to a single manufacturer," explains Gerd Hornig, Sales Executive at innovaphone Inc. "Purchasing decisions are thus delayed unnecessarily, or are not made at all. At innovaphone, we can guarantee our customers the safety of maximum flexibility." innovaphone´s "Recommended Product" program also serves to offer partners an orientation in the jungle of so many different appliances and solutions, in order to assist them in satisfying the entire range of customer requirements. They can be sure that external products bearing the certification label can be effortlessly integrated into an innovaphone infrastructure.

So far, the Unified Messaging solution caesar IP, produced by CAE Elektronik GmbH from Stolberg, as well as Snapware, a CTI & Personal Productivity Tool with integrated Presence Management, offered by CTI specialist Telesnap from Stuttgart, have qualified for the "Recommended Product" label. ASC telecom Inc.´s VoIP Collector MARATHON, a speech-recording software, has also been certified. Further manufacturers and Products are in preparation.
