Online casino gaming more popular than Facebook

Facebook is an enormous success in most European countries. This is also the case in England, though the social media network right now is being overtaken by the online gambling industry, says a new study made by Nielsen Media.

In just one year the number of online casino players has grown by 40% - a number Facebook can’t brag about.

According to the study it is primarily well educated men between the age of 30-45 who are playing online casino, even though the women are beginning to catch up with the men.

According to game analyst, Steve Schwartz, the result of the study is a proof that the last 10 years have seen a massive and constant raise in the number of online casino gamblers and that the Internet is an obvious platform for online gambling.
