Conveyancing Jobs Launches UK Property Law Recruitment Website

Conveyancing Jobs, based in Mayfair, London, is launching the UK’s first property law recruitment website. The site explicitly targets those working, or hoping to work, in commercial or residential property law.

Conveyancingjobs.com, which is completely free for those seeking employment, allows potential candidates to store their CVs online, creating an extensive database of qualified solicitors, legal executives, licenced conveyaners and paralegals. Members can track their applications and send customised covering letters to potential employers. The job match criteria means members are the first to about know dream job opportunities in the property law sector.

Law firms and other prospective employers can view all suitable candidate applications and manage them online: the site will automatically send job vacancies to suitable applicants. The cost of advertising on the site is £349 plus VAT, which is a fraction of the cost of advertising in trade journals.

The website uses JobTrack, a system devised by Transaction Flow. JobTrack allows corporate users to post vacancies remotely using the industry standard Broadbean interface. Smaller users can post vacancies and pay online using a credit card. All clients will have access to online tracking monitoring applications which show how frequently their postings are viewed.
