Agner N. Mark new chairman at Mondosoft
– The company is growing globally and has ambitious plans
2006. The Danish IT company, Mondosoft, marked leader in supplying software tools for search and behavior trackning on enterprise websites, portals and Intranet, has strengthen the board of the company by appointing Agner N. Mark new chairman.
Agner N. Mark has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry and has significant experience working actively with boards in a number of global technology companies. The chairmanship should be seen as a larger rearmament and a boost of Mondosofts position and effort in the global market place.
In July alone the company got several new customers in the US, Germany, Holland, Austria, Denmark and New Zealand. More than 2.700 companies and enterprises world wide use Mondosoft software on their various web sites.

Back ground information on Agner N. Mark
Agner N. Mark has more than 20 years experience within the IT industry. As CEO in the timeframe of 1990-2002 he was responsible for bringing Dan Net forward to be the world’s leading roaming clearing company. In 2002 Agner N. Mark took the initiative together with privately held equity funds to carry through a management buy-in of MACH, a Luxemburg roaming clearing company. With Agner N. Mark as working chairman they went though a complete turn-around of MACH, partly a buy up of Dan Net and partly a merger of MACH and Dan Net. These transactions were honoured in 2005 with "Mid-market buy-out of the Year" by the European Private Equity Organisation. During the last couple of years Agner N Mark has been engaged on board level in a number of technology companies. For example chairman of the board at Visual Wireless International AB, OptionDirect A/S and CommWyse A/S, deputy chairman at Thomson publishing house and board member at NetTest A/S.
