Network Conveyancing Limited Launches Unique Online Quotation System to Estate Agents

Network Conveyancing Limited (NCL) has today unveiled its new online Conveyancing system for Estate Agents.

The system has been developed by legal IT specialists, Briefclick, and offers many unique features, which have been designed following extensive research amongst estate agents and conveyancers. These include integration with conveyancers’ back office systems which provides ‘real time’ case tracking system. This enables estate agents and clients to receive accurate updates on the progress of their cases directly from conveyancers, at any time of day.

Estate agents can also choose to take advantage of NCL’s referral service, which is managed by an experienced Agent Service team. On receiving a referral, the team will contact the client and sell conveyancing to them on the Agents behalf. This service will not only provide Agents with additional income, but also helps them to offer their clients a more comprehensive service and speed up the home buying process.

As part of the Network Data Holdings plc group, Network Conveyancing Limited has developed its proposition with over 20 years’ experience in the home buying market, and has drawn on resources and expertise from within the group.

We have been working with our sister company, Hipstar, a Home Information Pack Provider, to ensure that our systems and processes are ready for their phased implementation on 1st August. Working with estate agents to help develop the system will help us ensure that we deliver a market driven service, whatever their needs."
