Autorola Defies the Crisis and Opens in Sweden

The online car auction company Autorola will not let the financial crisis stop its outstanding international growth. It has just opened a subsidiary in Stockholm, Sweden. The Autorola Group now has online auctions in 17 countries.

The new Swedish subsidiary is led by Robert Svärd, 43 years old. He comes from a position as Commercial Director of Nordic Fleet Services at GE Capital in Stockholm. He has also worked for Budget Rent a Car, Amadeus, Nocom Management Consultancy and EDB Business Partner. He is convinced that Autorola has a lot to offer its partners:

“In Sweden, the banks, leasing companies, private companies and other fleet owners face a challenging situation. In the last years, the depreciation of the cars has been much worse than expected. Now, there is no way out. The cars must be sold quickly, professionally and as cost effective as possible, and that is exactly our core competence", he states.

“There is tremendous demand for our services in Sweden, our customers value our business model with professional car dealers bidding and purchasing the vehicles, Autorola ensures a professional experience for customers during all aspects of the process", Robert Svärd continues.
