Origin of oil

The extra virgin olive oils that are marketed in iloveaceite.com come exclusively from the production attached to the farming cooperative SCA Our Lady of the Incarnation in Peal de Becerro (Jaén), founded in September 1954 and Public Health Registered Number 16.0000500/J.

It is registered in the Registry of Cooperative Societies in the sheet 88 Andalusia, entry No. 8 in 8-XI-00.

The production area is located in the southeast province of Jaen in an enclave of extraordinary value, next to the “Parque Natural de Cazorla", Segura and Las Villas, the largest in Spain, with unique characteristics.

The surface of the region of Peal de Becerro is of 1,337 km2. The area devoted to olive groves rounds the 37,500 hectares, accounting for 5.89% of all the olive groves of Jaen province and 52% of the cultivated area of the county.
