Nova Verta Preparation Areas contribute to realize a good painting

Studying specific tools to improve and simplify the work of its client is one of the missions that Nova Verta daily tasks. With this purpose the preparation areas were designed and recently renovated and now they allow to prepare the surfaces for painting in the most proper way respecting the environment.

Although the technology advances continuously, there are still many coachbuilders that don’t follow the correct work procedures while they are preparing a vehicle, causing considerable damages to the environment and an imperfect final result.

If the most proper instruments are not used during the sanding and polishing of the body work, (this operation often takes place in an open space next to the spray booth) toxic paint dust are released in the air, causing harmful effects on the workers and on the surrounding environment, with an increase in pollution.

Nova Verta presents its preparation areas: spaces created to check the preparation of the surfaces to be painted (the entire car or some parts of it), they are effective tools that accompany and support the work that must be done in the spray booth. These areas provide the extraction of dusts that through special filters are collected and not spread in the atmosphere, in this way they are not deposited on the surfaces to be treated.
