Meccabingo.com launches new website based on customer feedback

Meccabingo.com today launched a new look website, as part of the company’s strategy to improve the user journey and deliver a customer focused experience.

After a period of conducting extensive customer research, insight, design, build and testing, the new http://www.meccabingo.com site has been built with the key objective of positioning Mecca Bingo as the home of online bingo.

The bright and colourful site offers lots of new and easy to use customer-friendly features, such as the live up to date bingo schedule that launches the bingo client straight from the homepage, at the click of a button.

Gaming director for Meccabingo.com, Angus Nisbet comments: “The new site has been built with customers needs at the forefront of our decisions; it’s simple to use, easy to navigate and a lot more up to date than the old site. There are a number of other innovative additions coming soon, all designed to create a personalised experience for every single customer."

An essential part of the rebuild has also been to integrate the new design with the look and feel of the Mecca Bingo Clubs, improving the experience online for the Club customer and bringing the offline and online brands closer together.

Other new features include a fantastic new Clubs section that lets customers know what is going on at their local Mecca Bingo Club, further emphasising Mecca Bingo’s commitment to integrate the two brand experiences. Another new feature is the improved community section that makes it easier for bingo players to meet up with their friends online whilst playing bingo.
