Oracle Partners Show Growing Support for Specialisation in EMEA

Healthy Growth in Program Numbers as Oracle Partners Drive Profit and Growth through Specialisation

News Facts

o Since the launch of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) Specialised program in December of 2009, more than 400 partners in EMEA have achieved specialisations to differentiate their offerings, expand their business and deliver customer value.

o Today, the EMEA OPN Specialised program boasts:
- o More than 400 specialised partners, of whom more than 270 are Platinum level
- o More than 560 specialisations achieved
- o More than 14,400 OPN specialists
- o Coverage in more than 65 countries across EMEA

o The program currently comprises of over 50 specialisations representing Oracle’s portfolio of products across database, middleware, applications, industry solutions, and now servers and storage. As a result, partners have the resources and support needed ‘from applications to disk’ to be differentiated and recognised for their investments so customers can choose them as preferred Oracle solution providers.

o Building on the four previous levels of the Oracle OPN program - Remarketer, Silver, Gold and Platinum, which reward partners for their expertise as well as significant value-added services to develop, implement and deliver Oracle technologies, the Oracle PartnerNetwork program has added a new Diamond level as well as Advanced Specialisation option, which recognises partners for broad and deep expertise and customer value.

o Continuing the investment in new enablement resources and opportunities for partner growth, Oracle will give more detail of its OPN Customer Gateway, alongside an interactive OPN Days Virtual Event on 24 January. The Gateway is a new interactive directory of partner specialisations and successes, geared to help customers find the partner with the right expertise to meet their distinct business needs. It aims to help partners showcase their unique Oracle-based solutions and services, success stories, videos and more.
