Mentorix acquires activities in foreign training company
The Danish consultancy and training company, Mentorix, has acquired the training division of the British company Scoll Methods, known as a serious international player in the field of training and certification, particularly for APMGs product portfolio. As part of the acquisition, Mentorix takes over Scoll Methods’ existing global partner network, where Mentorix’ existing and internationally recognized e-learning platform will be a key component of its delivery. The acquisition signals an important milestone in Mentorix’ continued international growth strategy.
Mentorix has, for some time, been working closely with the British company, Scoll Methods, for the sales and distribution of accredited e-learning in Europe, Africa and Asia. As a natural extension of the cooperation, the parties have agreed that Mentorix, from the 1st of July 2013, assumes all Scoll Methods training activities and customers. Scoll Methods has built a partner network with more than 29 partners, all of which sell accredited education in the global market.

Mentorix has already had great success with, amongst others, PRINCE2Â® e-learning in Denmark, but will also in the future offer a range of other products such as Managing Successful Programs (MSP), Management of Risk (MoR), Management and Portfolio (MoP), and a number of other APMG products, both as courses and e-learning tools.
With the acquisition of Scoll Methods, Mentorix will be the Danish training company that offers the greatest variety of certifications within APMGs’ product portfolio, which includes the widely known PRINCE2Â® program.
Besides the acquisition of Scoll Methods, Mentorix has already expanded its training and consultancy portfolio with several other well-known methods, such as AgilePM (DSDM Atern) and Scrum, which will both, in the near future, be made available as an e-learning platform.
Mentorix, in connection with the acquisition, has employed Bijay Dhungana, as its International Sales Manager. Bijay Dhungana has extensive experience in international sales of APMGs products. Bijay comes from a position as Sales Manager at Scoll Methods, and has previously also worked with APMGs product portfolio at ILX Group. Bijay will, in future, be responsible for Mentorix’ foreign operations and sales.
