Limousines in 30 seconds - AirportAndGo.com launches in Vienna!
AirportAndGo.com takes on Vienna. The newest service on the market, they've quickly been welcomed in 44 cities all over Europe due to their reputation for simple booking and high standards. Vienna is the latest addition to their portfolio.
Luxury airport transfers can be a mixed bag, very few companies get it right all the time. Sometimes your limousine and driver will be everything you expect; prompt, premium and professional. But you'll have spent hours on the phone to the booking company. Other times the booking process will be quick and easy. But you'll later discover details were missed and your driver is either late, in the wrong car or at the wrong airport.
"Long flights aren't great for relaxing, especially when you've got a meeting or conference as soon as you land."
All of this takes away from the "˜premium' aspect of premium transfers. But there are companies out there keeping the high end up, so to speak.
Keeping up appearances
AirportAndGo are one such company. The newest service on the market, they've quickly been welcomed in 44 cities all over Europe due to their reputation for simple booking and high standards.
Vienna is the latest addition to their portfolio. Although you'd think they'd have started operating there sooner, given their similar ideas about style and class.
While you can already book a luxury limousine and driver from Vienna Airport, AirportAndGo begin their premium service before you've even booked anything.
The company spokesman said:
"The first thing we worked on was the booking system. We knew it had to be simpler than any other so we stripped it back to the essential information and made it as easy to fill out as possible."
"I know this sounds like excessive attention to detail but our target audience is typically busy business professionals or their equally busy PAs. So we made sure our booking system can be filled out in 30 seconds."
Customer service is obviously a priority to this company. And it seems to have served them well. Initial feedback has been very positive, with customers commenting on how speedy the booking process was and how straightforward they found the actual transfer.
"We made sure our booking system can be filled out in 30 seconds."
Alfie Hayward, a regular user of AirportAndGo's service, said:
"It's just nice to know someone else is taking care of the transfer. Long flights aren't great for relaxing, especially when you've got a meeting or a conference as soon as you land. What I like is that I can just book it from my phone, they confirm it all and when I get off the plane the driver's stood right there."
As for the drivers, they're very particular about who they employ:
"We can't be everywhere at once, so we're very careful about who we hire. Our chauffeurs are vetted to make sure they have a proven record of excellent customer service. On top of this they must have a firm grasp of English, the universal business language, and know their city like the back of their hand."
One vision, 59 airports.
AirportAndGo began life in Denmark but now operate from 59 airports in 44 cities. With 28 of these cities added just in the last year. So what can Vienna expect from their service?
"Lots of style!" laughs the spokesman, "Vienna is one of our favourite cities so we wanted to make sure we could live up to its reputation before we began operating here. We'll be providing high-end black Mercedes cars with hand-picked English speaking chauffeurs." Find our Vienna service via this link: http://airportandgo.com/vienna-airport-transfers-vie/
