Modulex acquires leading Canadian company working with sign graphics

Modulex Group, headquartered in Billund, Denmark, has just bought 51% of the Canadian company Cygnus Group.

Cygnus Group is one of North America´s leading companies within development and management of communication strategies for the built environment including a number of distinct but closely related fields such as wayfinding, environmental graphic design, brand implementation, placemaking, and signage. The company is located in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton and employs approx. 40 employees.

Modulex CEO, Søren Bendt says: "With the acquisition of Cygnus Group we gain control of one of the industry´s best players and at the same time we create a great platform for the expansion of our activities, including our efforts in the United States."

Modulex takes over Cygnus Group with effect from 1 September 2013.
